Iron Crowned

I recently finished reading Richelle Mead’s latest Eugiene Markham book, Iron Crowned.

Wow.  I sure as hell didn’t see that twist coming.  In Iron Crowned, Eugiene hears about a crown…that’s made of iron….and will somehow end the war.  She goes on a quest to find it only to discover that Dorian is quite conniving and deceiving.

This book is darker and delves into some controversial areas that are pretty much unavoidable given what’s at stake and who’s involved.  I used to be such a Kiyo fan…now?  Not sure.  I’m hoping that he comes to his senses in the next book.  I imagine that those who were both Team Dorian and  Team Kiyo are left wondering what’s next because right now, both of them are acting like major asses.

What I love about Richelle’s books is that the characters face real challenges that everday people face.  She spins things around and builds up to major plot points without you realizing it until it happens.  What seems like inconsiquential actions and decisions turn into major consequences and life-altering events.  I highly recommend this series.

Tonya! I’m so pleased you told me! You’ll have to teach me the ins and outs here because I’m just this side of LOST. LOL! First up, how do I add you to a favorite bloggers list?

I’m not sure about a favorite bloggers list. I know you can subscribe to a blog or sign up for email alerts. Is that what you mean? Or you can make your own links like I have for sites I like or authors and make one for your fav bloggers.
