Back to the beginning

I haven’t had much time to write, and honestly not much has been going on since I last posted. It’s mostly just been work, work, and more work, getting my kids off to school and trying to find a balance where I could start writing again.

In the meantime, I had ideas about my book and how I wanted to do things. I changed most of the first chapter, will have to do some tweaking in the second chapter, but then I can get back to where I left off in the fifth chapter. I have a chapter-by-chapter outline written out to chapter 15, so we’ll see where it goes.

I’m waiting for my copy of New York to Dallas to be delivered and I’m having a hard time waiting.   I love all the In Death novels. This one takes Eve back to her beginnings and the demons she has to face, and in Nora’s words, “It was an emotional roller coaster to write NY2D as I put Eve, Roarke and myself through the wringer.” Wow…now that’s interesting.  I can’t wait!
